Exchange & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your Shoponline.co.tz purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, provided it:

• Is in new condition
• Hasn't been washed, worn or altered
• Is accompanied by the original invoice
• Is returned according to the schedule below:

         (a) If it is returned for exchange within 7 days of delivery for purchases within Tanzania.
         (b) If it is returned for exchange within 21 days of delivery for international purchases.

ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

Purchase with Credit Cards:
Any credit will be refunded to the original tender.

Purchases with Gift Card:
If any portion of your purchase was paid for by gift card, you will receive the full value of your return on a Shoponline.co.tz Virtual Gift Card.

Purchases paid by Cash on Delivery:
If the purchase was paid by cash on delivery, we will refund the cash by mobile banking.

FLAT RATE RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHIPPING

Shipping Fee:

We will charge you a shipping charge upon shipping your exchanged item(s). If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee.

MAKING A RETURN

For expedited service, we encourage you to make your return by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with your original package. Please ensure to include the filled in Return Form Provided with the item purchased from Shoponline.co.tz. Once you have shipped your item for return or exchange, please email customerservice@shoponline.co.tz about the return or exchange. We will track and update you accordingly.
